Information collected through the WhatsApp account is generally limited to Customer’s representative’s name, mobile number/ business contact information, designation, company/ store name, customer code, order history and order details, tax registration details and WhatsApp communication and chatbot interaction records. Except where specifically indicated, the information collected through the WhatsApp account is not intended to constitute Sensitive Personal Data or Information as defined under applicable law. By using the WhatsApp account, you agree to our use of your personal and business information in accordance with this Privacy Policy, as amended from time to time. You also agree and consent to us collecting, storing, processing, transferring, and sharing your personal and business information with third parties or service providers for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy.
